Default Hello! New Guy Here on a Bourbon Search!

For the Smoothest Bourbon I can find, and if you could please toss some recommendations my way I would be very grateful.

My quest for a super smooth bourbon started about a month ago after I got to thinking about a Bourbon I had in Mexico many years ago, the stuff was insidious, it was so smooth and easy to drink it was amazing, like warm velvet, but sadly it ether isn't made any more or you can't get it in the states.
Any ways this is what i'm searching for, something sweet and smooth with very little Spice and bite something you can sip neat with out the pucker factor, I tried Makers mark and sorry but it wasn't for me, tasted like I was trying to drink a pepper shaker. I know I must sound like a total lightweight, but the spicy Oak burn just isn't for me :/
Thank you very much. And its great to be here

I tried some Bulleit this last week and think I like it enough that I'll try the rye version next.
Now I know you want something gentle but I'm going to suggest Bookers, with a dash of water added. Without the water, extremely powerful, but just a few drops and it tames right down. Try that any time you think the whisky is a bit too aggressive and I think you'll be pleasantly surprised.
