Exclamation Question About Price Of Scotch In Different States

I just got back from a trip in Missouri. I went and bought a bottle of Johnny walker red and it was 19.99 a bottle. I live in Louisiana and usually pay 32.99 a bottle. Anybody know why the price is so different?
