Haig and Haig Pinch

I am trying to date this bottle of Haig and Haig Pinch. I remember buying this and others while in the Navy in Newfoundland around 1954. It recently was re-discovered having been in basement storage these many years. Also would appreciate knowing value if sold. Many thanks.

I have photo attachments but can"t find "papper clip icon"...Please help.
