Default Can You Help Date This Bottle Of White Horse Cellar?

Hello everyone! My friend's Grandfather's wife recently passed away, and while cleaning out her old apartment, this old bottle of White Horse Cellar Blended Scotch Whisky was found. We are all very curious as to how old this bottle of scotch may be. Below are 3 pictures of the bottle in question. The first is a frontal shot of the label, the second is of a tax stamp on the bottle, and the third is of the bottom of the bottle. If you could help me to date this I would be incredibly appreciative, and if there are any other photos you need of the bottle, please let me know! Thanks again!

I'm not very interested in the value of this bottle, I realize that it is a bottle of mass produced blend that is still in production today. To be honest I'm curious as to how you date these bottles. Before coming here tried using the numbers on the bottle and looking into the tax stamp,
But only got a large time span of possible dates. How does one go about estimating the date of bottles such as this one?

Both the closure being used and label helps to date the bottle. We will see what we can find out.
