Duncan Weston was owned by Train & MacIntyre of Glasgow, they were bought by Distillers Company in the late 40's/early 50's. DCL are now Diageo but I doubt that they will have any info on this brand.
Looking at the pack I feel that it dates from either the late 30's or late 40's.
