Need help on OLD scotch whiskies

I have some sealed bottles of scotch whiskies from the 1950's and I'm trying to find out what they are worth. 1) is a bottle on Highland Nectar bottled in Edinburgh, Scotland, seal unbroken, imported by National Distillers Products Company of NY. 2) a sealed bottle of Thorne's Scotch, Edinburgh, Scotland serial number B339864, I don't know if that means it'a a single malt or not but the lable claims the serial number is in their "master log". Imported by Hiram Walker, Detroit. 3) a sealed bottle of Something Special Deluxe bottled in Edinburgh, imported by Van Munching Imports, NY. Any help would be appreciated.

Note that photos are always suggested - and now that you are a registered member and your account has been upgraded, you can post freely as well as upload photos. If you need help with the photos, let us know.

Another idea of how to obtain value is to contact www.mctears.com or www.bonhams.com.

Log in - click on Post Reply ... then look for the paper clip icon (to the right of the smiley face). Click on it - a new window will open which gives you the option to browse your computer for your photo. Once you do that and pload - close that window. If your photo does not attach, that means it's too big, so re-size and try again. Once you're set and have closed out of that window, you'll be back to the main page with your question.

Click on the paper clip icon again and it might say Insert Attachments" or it may just show numbers - go ahead and either click on Insert Attachments or just click on the numbers and it will insert into your message. You won't actually see the photo until you either preview it (look to bottom of the body of your thread, below the icons and you'll see a button to either Submit New Thread or to Preview Post. Once you click on either of these, you will see your photos.
