Found bottle- old velvet

A friend of mine was cleaning out an old house and found a bottle labelled:

Old Velvet
Kentucky bourbon whiskey
Bottled by Blue Grass Distillers Products Co
Lake Alfred Florida

I've googled all this and cannot find any information on the bourbon or the distillers. Does anyone have any info as to how old this might be or who the distiller is?
