Can anyone recommend a good, readily available summer single malt? I'm looking for something that has a orange or citrus noise and a light flavor.
This is my first post on the site, I will be looking through many threads the next couple of days. |

Welcome Mattn to the Whisky.com Forum! Right off the top of my head when it comes to light, summer single malt whiskies, these two come to mind - Cragganmore 12 year (although no citrus or orange flavor IMO) and Glenmorangie 10 year. Cutty Sark Blended Malt Scotch Whisky is also an excellent light whisky.

I actually had to select just such a malt for an outdoor party this past weekend and went with Old Pulteney 12 Year. I had tried it just a week before and it is very light and drinkable. Goes well on the rocks too.
