Smile Haig & Haig from 1919 or earlier

I've been following this forum for a while, but this is my first post.
I am trying to identify a bottle of sealed Haig & Haig that has completely eluded identification. It's from a cache of liquor that was sealed in the knee wall of a home since 1919. They are pretty much all too old to identify, but this one is the most interesting.
I'm from a small history museum and we will soon be auctioning this off. Any idea what the deal is with this one?
Thank you!
