Default Tamnavulin 12yr

Does anyone know if Tamnavulin 12yr single malt is available in the US?
I am interested in this single malt, and would like to know more about it;
especially to try it!

Exclamation Tamnavulin

Hey sirius! It seems that at the moment Tamnavulin is, as expected a UK only brand. However, the good news is that the Tamnavulin Distillery has been re-opened (2007) and is producing at full speed! It will though take time before there's enough stock (needs maturing!) to go in to other markets.

Have you looked here: http://shopwhisky.lovescotch.com/res...age=0&x=25&y=9

While the 12yo is not available, perhaps some of the others may pique your interest!

Default Alternatives to Tamnavulin

Thanks Jojo!
I liked the description given for the Tamnavulin 12yr on Whisky.com;
"...very herbal" caught my eye. So, I am looking for something along the same lines, and reasonably priced. Maybe Auchentoshen Select? or Cragganmore 12yr? What do you think?

Cragganmore 12 yo is one I enjoy. I bought a bottle the day after I tried it at a tasting. I also read that this one has some 'herbal' to it, but I'm not sure if that's how I recall it. It was very good nevertheless! Sweet, smooth, floral, fruit.... It's a very good 12 yo!
