Whisky bottles from an iconic film

Hello!

I am new around here and am looking for info on the style/year Johnnie Walker Black label bottle seen here in this scene from Raiders Of The Lost Ark.



Also, from the same film, what is the bottle right of the Belle Of Licoln Whiskey bottle turned on its side? Hard to tell and I have never been able to find something that matches.



Finally from the same screen capture, where are those drinking glasses from? I have never been able to find a close match the the style seen in the film.
