I recently acquired an older bottle of Johnny Walker Red. (see attached photos). As you can see it was imported by Sommerset and it has a stamp (small blue) from the Michigan liquor control commission. I have two questions. Firstly, the approximate year it was produced? Second, what happens to scotch in an unopened bottle over time? There appears to be a tiny amount of sedimentation.
