Default canadian law: Federal?

I am curious about the statement on the bottles saying resale is prohibited?
I have a bottle that is bout 14 inchs tall with a neck mesuring 1 1/2 inchs inner diameter and it has dime sized bumps around the bottle. going to take picture brb.
