Default White Horse Whisky bar advertising statuett

I would like to know when , what I think were the smallest porceline figures, were in production. the horse and plinth is all white and it stands only 5" or 13cm total height including base. There are no markings on the base. Ive seen a no of the 8 1/2" tall ones of exactly the same pattern only larger and with made in England on base. Alan.
