Just joined the site and love it so far. I am fairly new to Scotch and have started my tasting with Dalmore 12 and Glenfiddich 12 (gift set from a good friend). My initial reactions were to rid myself of the Jack and Jim that clutter my cabinet. Those feelings are no longer initial because those said items will find new homes today. I always liked a lowball of Jack with one ice ball to calm the night down, but have found that a good Scotch is much more enjoyable. I will so be looking to upgrade to maybe an 18 possibly a 25 yr. scotch. Suggestions are needed. Thank you ahead of time.
