Default Maker's Mark suggestion

Sorry for moving my reply to a new thread but this isn't really JD Green
related and I didn't want to sidetrack that thread too much.

MM is a Wheated Bourbon which puts it in the Whiskey "minority" so if
you really like that, you may find other whiskies are not especially to
your liking. Which isn't to say you can't enjoy a variety of different
flavor profiles. Many folks can & do but if you are able to purchase
small 50 ml sample bottles (Irish, Scotch, Rye, whatever!), it may
save you some $ as you "experiment".
