Default Ballantine's

This bottle of Ballantine’s has no back label and no proof or volume description.
Anyone who can help me identify and date this bottle?

Looking at the photos it looks like the bottle is sealed by a capsule and plastic cap, if so it's Ballantines and from mid 1960''s to about 1972.

Thanks, I estimated that to, have some other Ballantine’s bottles with same sealed capsule and plastic cap from the early 70’s and those bottles have proof and volume on its label.
Do you know way this bottle doesn’t have proof or volume description on its bottle? By the way this bottle is only 18cm (7 inches) high and ca 50cl.

I was told that it's because it was for general sale and as it's a clear bottle it was for sale in the USA, possibly airports
