Default Mr Boston Pinch Whisky Unopened Vial

Recently stumbled across an unopened 1.6 oz vial of Mr Boston whisky and cannot find any info on it. Anyone know any info about this? It says on the vial that it was bottled in Boston, but every mr Boston site I have seen refers to Kentucky.

Thanks!
