Default Johnnie Walker Red Label

My father has a 3.75 L bottle of Johnnie Walker Red Label; it is at least 50 years old. I can't find any of this whiskey in this size; it's huge! Is it rare/valuable?

I don't know about it's value, but if it was JW Black, it would be Party Time!
Good luck finding out more info.
