Default Johnnie Walker Deco & Old Parr Tribute

Hi im new to the forum and would like to ask a quick few questions, I have a bottle of Johnnie Walker Deco which is unopened and in its original tubular canister, when i remove the bottle from the tube there is a rust ring at the bottom of the tube where the bottle rests, is this common as my 3 brothers also have a bottle with the same small problem and also does it affect the value?

The other question i have is regarding Old Parr Tribute, i cant seem to find much information about this particular bottling and cant seem to find a value for it either so any help would be appreciated. Thanks again . Ian

If photos are needed please let me know. Thanks
