Question Macallen 25 Anniversary

Around 1984, our family was given a Macallen 25 year Anniversary bottle and leather strap wooden gift box. The bottom of the bottle has raised numbers 15 354. Don't know what they mean. Also, unlike most other Anniversary labels, this one says 86 Proof instead of 43% Vol. Alch. Lastly, the lable doesn't indicate a date of bottling or distillation. Any ideas when it was distilled and/or bottled? Thanks.
