Default Haig and Haig

I have an old empty bottle of Haig & Haig whisky. The sticker in the front states: distilled in Scotland and bottled in the United Kingdom under government supervision. It has a metal cap with a small lever (?). On the bottom of the bottle: Haig & Haig ltd Edinburg Scotland and the number 28. The bottle was found in a older gentleman's garage among many other collectible bottles. I was wondering how old it is and if it's worth anything? Thanks for your time.
