Default Great Battle 12 Year Old

I have a bottle of 12 year old blended whisky which I am trying to get some information about. The label on the triangular shaped bottle names it as Great Battle rare old Scotch Whisky, distilled and blended in Scotland and there is German writing at the bottom of the label. The bottle is dimpled similarly to Haig's Dimple bottles.
The box is also triangular and carries the name Stateman Whisky Blending Co. Glasgow.
The closest information I can find is that Statesman was a name owned by Bloch Brothers the old Glasgow distillers.
Can anyone throw any light on this?
