I have a decanter (in its original box), with an unbroken seal, of a special blend of Kentucky straight bourbon, blended Canadian and blended Scotch whiskies called "The International Whiskey" which was produced to celebrate the 75th birthday (1966) of Lewis S. Rosenstiel, the chairman and founder of Schenley Industries. Apparently, Guinness bought this company around 1987.
I cannot find anything about it on the Internet nor could an auction house (McTear's) which has a whiskey department. Can anyone help me? |
