Hey I just got into drinking maker's mark whisky and had a problem! Well my problem is that twice I have left some of the whisky in my drink glass and after a couple of hours it is turning cloudy in my glass nothing has been put in it or been spilled in it, also it almost has a kind of turpintine smell to it when the clouding starts. Is this a defective bottle or what? Do I have anything to worry about please let me know somethin this is really bugging me thank you!

Your Maker's Mark shouldn't be cloudy or have a bad or sour smell. Contact Maker's Mark Distillery at 270-865-2881 and ask to speak with Diane Rodgers. She will be able to help.

hey ive had the cloudiness happen with quite a few bourbons ive drank, but never the souness. i read somewhere that it was due to being non-cold filtered and was not to be concerned with.
