Default Help Identifying Age Of Haig Decanter

Hi,
I was wondering if anyone could give me some information about this Haig Dimple decanter I have. The bottom of the bottle is marked
"A 660
R 13
Haig's
UGB"

I have photos, but I can't find a way to attach the images to this post or copy them on directly.

It is made from Mexican silver and also has a stamp that it was made in Mexico City. I would appreciate any information anyone might have. Thank you
