Question The Dancing Scot Music Decanter

I was wondering who I might contact concerning a box and bottle of Scotch Whisky. This item has never been opened, bottle sealed etc. I am interested in when it was sold. The box is Scotch Plaid in design and has the name "The Dancing Scot" music decanter. The music device works perfectly with the little scott dancing in the bubble at the bottom of the bottle. What is also interesting is the song that is played is "When Irish eyes are smiling". Any information you could provide would be appreciated. Thank you.
