I love Ice...
Once again, ice is KING!
I'm sitting here sipping some Glenfarclas 10yr, and enjoying it straight, but knowing I've had it better. I was sitting here thinking, "I like this, but it isn't as good as I remember." So it dawns on me, ICE! I drop a couple shavings of ice into my glass, and oila! FANTASTIC... While I enjoy straight whisky, some whiskies just come alive with a touch of water or ice.
