Default Bottle of Black & White - How Old?

The label reads, "Dodwell & Company Limited, sole distributors in Hongkong-China-Japan."

The bottom of the bottle has the following: SA 95 N 28 UGB

I have more pictures that I can post if necessary. Thanks in advance.
