I have an unopened bottle of Grand Old Parr in the original gold box. On the wax sealed earthenware bottle is a label stating:
"This rare old scotch whiskey has been specially selected to commemorate The First Night of Ninagawa's MACBETH The National Theatre London 17th September 1987. Bottle number 89/150". Does anyone know anything about this event and the history of these bottles. I understand that all the actors in the cast on the first night were presented with a bottle. Does it have a value? |
