Default 1986 souvenir Edin Commonwealth games whisky

Hi everyone,
I have a souvenir bottle of john crabbie & co ltd whisky, 1986 Edinburgh Commonwealth games in its original box. I believe each male competitor was given a bottle. Could this be a rare one with a value?. Any info would be welcome
Cheers.
I should have added that the whisky is called Gold Medal
