I discovered a couple bottles of scotch that my late grandfather never got to enjoy. I would drink them myself but I feel like they may be worth something. Also I'm not quite sure drinking 55-64 year old whiskey is good for my health.
I have a couple photos both bottles are unopened and all the labels are intact. It looks like they were tucked away in the back of the liquor cabinet left to sit for over half a century. The Schenley O.F.C. is marked 1949, and the Corby's Very Light is marked 1949 If anyone has any information on these bottles I would surely appreciate any history, value, or whether or not they safe to drink. How long does it usually take to get a reply in these forums?
Am I posting in the wrong forum? |
