Betsy Ross Hoffman Distilling Co. WITH 40 yr. old whiskey

Hello, We have a Betsey Ross music decanter from the Hoffman Distilling Company out of Lawrenceburg, Ky. It's in perfect condition, plays the Star Spangled Banner, and has an UNBROKEN seal containing whiskey from 1974 !
Does anyone out there know what this liquor and/or decanter is worth?
