For those of you who have had both, which is better?
The Balvenie: 12 yr Signature v. 15 yr Single Barrel? Glenfarclas: 15 yr (Europe) v. 17 yr (U.S.)? Full-power sherry bombs: Glenfarclas 105 v. Macallan Cask Strength v. Aberlour A'Bunadh? |

The better one is the one that you prefer. All malt whisky is personal, for example I really don't like to drink sherry whisky. If I want sherry I'll have a good amontillado not dilute my malt with it.
This'll start a heated discussion if nothing else |

Yeah, that was the point. I am just soliciting opinions for the sake of discussion.
I should have asked, "which do you prefer?" |

Personally, I prefer the 15yo Balvenie, I really don't like Glenfarclas but do like a couple of the Speysides, the older Glen Grants and, when I can get it Aultmore
