Default 1917 Sam Thompson

Hello,
I have one unopened bottle with the seal intact of Sam Thompson Pure Rye Whiskey. The seal says 1917. I also have the prescription pad that goes along with it. I have absolutely no idea what these items might be worth, but would appreciate any advice you could give me.
Thanks!

I just wanted to add that I don't know if this is even drinkable, being so old?
