Default Help date and value of Wee McKay Bottle

I need help identifying this bottle of unopened Wee McKay. It has an LCBO tax stamp. Dundar's Blend Liqueur Whisky. A rare blend of finest aged Scotch malts and selected grain Whiskies. Blended and bottled under direct supervision of the proprietors.John Dunbar & Co. Ltd. Glascow,Scotland by United Distilleries Ltd. Vancouver, Canada. 26 Fluid Oz. Distillery No 2 Port 13-1. Back of bottle is embossed Wee McKay, UDL in a seal, Special Liqueur. Any help with a date and/or value would be appreciated.

A photo would be of great help but as a start UD was formed in 1987 when the original Distillers company was bought over by Guiness [Bells Whisky] and ran under the UD name until 1997 when it merged with International Distillers and Vintners. It's now know as Diageo.
This dates the bottle to the 10 year period from 1987 to 1997
