Thumbs up American whiskey distillery offering stock to public

The Georgia Distilling Company, a new start-up craft distillery operation near Atlanta, Georgia is currently seeking investments through accepting new partners, or in the form of a State of Georgia sanctioned private placement offering of 2200 shares at $250 per share, with NO MINIMUMS to purchase. From day one we will offer Gin, Rum, Moonshine, and Vodka. We will also start the making and barreling of Bourbon, Rye, and Whiskeys from day one as well, with production set to begin in January 2011. Production will be in a newly built 10,000 square foot facility which will house 3 working stills being built by Vendome Copper of Kentucky. Distribution is secured for the American Southeast, and we are in talks with distributors in Europe and Asia. For more information on our business model, our plans, and what we have to offer, please contact us through our website at www.GaDistilling.com or by contacting Bill at 404-281-5484 or at bill.mauldin@georgiadistilling.com

Yes we do have the full intentions to move into the Canadian market with our products. We have heard that to do so can be difficult, but we are certainly willing to do what it takes to bring our products there. Care to help? As far as the investing, the answer is yes that our offering is not limited to Americans, and we have interest from all over the world. If you care to do so we would welcome it, and remember there are NO MINIMUMS to buy. Bill M
