Default Old Bottle of White Horse

I acquired an old bottle of White Horse and hoped you could help identify its age and approximate value. The number on the label says "No AV 1640963" and the number on the red label across the bottle cap says "36A3833158".

Your bottle of White Horse is dated from the 1950s.

Default thank you

That's interesting because the "friend" from whom I got it from claimed it was from the prohibition era and that the owner of a local liquor store had offered him $500 a bottle. I take just about everything he says with a grain of salt because he always likes to tell tall tales. Thank you very much, Jojo.

Default bsteller - You're welcome!

$500 for a bottle of White Horse?! That's definitely a tall tale!

Always happy to help, but sure do wish I could have confirmed that dollar amount.

I also have aquired a bottle of white horse blended scotch whiskey AF #937884 on the bottle, and on the tin box it is housed in, #2735943. Is this a collector's item? Do these numbers tell what year it was bottled? Would appreciate any info you have. Thanks
