Help on Bell's Old Scotch Whisky & Bottle

My husband was recently going through some old boxes from when he lived in London and found this bottle of Bell's Old Scotch Whisky. It is unopened and has found it's way to Missouri, USA. Can you tell me anything about it? Is the Scotch still good? Do you know what it might be worth?
