I just bought Glenfarclas 25 and Glenlivet Archive 21....I opened the Glenlivet 21 and wow....first sip...it was ok...then as the glass progressed it became very nice and extremely mellow. I am very glad I purchased it and I hope you guys can do the same. Anyone else have any experience with these? I am REALLY looking forward to the Glenfarclas 25, which may be opened tomorrow night. Let me know what I am in for.

I agree the Glenlivet 21 does improve slowly in the glass over the first 20 minutes or so.
The Glenfarclas is even better. Much more oak, vanilla etc and a little late smoke. Extremely complex. |
