I live in Virginia and the government controls the amount and types of scotch we have. Everything is overpriced being their is a monopoly on alcohol. Does anyone have any suggestions for cheaper alternatives for the normal brands. I have poked around a few websites and discovered a few deals but I hoped that someone has other ideas.
