This bottle dates to between 1955, when the Queen first granted her Royal Warrant, to the mid 1960s when the labelling was next changed on the bottles. It has the US distributor's label on it, so would have been produced as an export bottle for the US market. As for value, try contacting mctears.com or bonhams.com and post your findings here!
