Yep - you're certainly right - the distillery does not have a record of this bottling. Therefore, my suggestion at this point of your search is to contact
Martin Green at McTear's. He can at least provide an auction estimate. You'll want to be sure to be ready to send him very good, clear photos - get the label, the closure, and the entire bottle.
