Couple of things you can do - first if you could post a couple of photos of your Kirkcudbright, then please do as I would like to see it -especially the label (clear & close-up so I can read it). I sure sounds like you have a collectible on your hands - if you can't find it anywhere else, then surely, it might attract a collector.
