As for the Saran wrap, what are your thoughts on using it for already opened bottles of scotch that will be consumed over a couple of years rather than an extended time frame? I personally have never done this since scotch doesn't stick around here for much more than a year.
However, a good friend (also an avid scotch collector) suggests this method. Your thoughts?
