JW like a number of other major BLENDED Scotch Whisky companies all bottled and exported other spirit products in the UK and other "Commonwealth" countries from the late 1800's through to WW2 when this busines basically stopped. The reason, the UK government made them concentrate on exporting only whisky, to bring down the cost of the US war loans, and importing only very small volumes of other spirits during war time and after the war they didn't really start again apart from gin
