If, as you say, the bottle states that it's JW's then I wouldn't touch it. It's been quite common in Thailand, Vietnam India etc for bottles to be reused and filled with local hooch with no guarantee of it being drinkable yet alone non poisonous
Every year there are newspaper reports about major problems with people drinking local hooch thinking it's legit.
If the bottle's plain with no mention of JW then I would say that it's legit Frigate rum otherwise leave well alone.
