Ok, sorry. I forgot all about this when it was announced a couple years ago. A few more minutes of research and I rediscovered the John Walker from Johnnie Walker. It looks like a new version of the 200th anniversary and appears to be a cask strength vatted malt blend as well. It was only available in limited editions of 330 bottles as it is additionally married together in a 100 year old cask. According to their press release, they plan to release multiple editions. "No two batches will ever be exactly the same." It may have been discontinued. Interestingly it also **** for $3000. It doesn't appear to be currently for **** anywhere, but you can still pick up the strictly limited 200th at a discount! Very unusual. I'm sure the 2 are essentially the same, though not "exactly" the same.
