I don't know where you got the 30+YO Single Malt from [unless there's a back label which I doubt] as there's nothing stating that on the front label, it doesn't even state that it's a blend. I agree with Darko that, for at least 40 years that I know of, the LCBO has imported both "Bottled in Scotland" under their own label and bought bulk to bottle in Ontario.
On another point the change in the law means that it's Single Malt that can only be bottled in the UK [England as well as Scotland], blended whisky can be still bottled anywhere in the world.
