Jojo has passed the link to this thread onto me. We're terribly sorry for your broken dram. As you can see from the fragile tape we do try to take as many precautions as we can, however sometimes the couriers can be extremely rough with the parcels especially when they're travelling overseas.
If you haven't already please do contact our customer services to let them know. We'd be happy to replace any of the drams you weren't completely satisfied with (even if it's only the label that is damaged). We'll even include a little something extra as an apology.
Rest assured in the majority of occasions drams arrive safe and sound as I see has happened with Silverfish. That's great! Thanks for your feedback on the lids. I have passed it on to the directors and we will look into possible solutions.
